Developed an Individualized Education Program (IEP) for each special education student supported. Worked as liaison between teachers and Master Teacher to review and edit IEP reports for IEP meeting, which included parents, school administrators, and district representatives. Served as acting Master Teacher for group of Special Education teachers as a trial run to fill permanent Master Teacher position.
